Well its that time again for the club's monthly members meeting.
This months Members Meeting will be held on Monday night the 28th January 2013!

Be sure to come along and find out what is happening in the club, Catch up with Old Members and Meet some New Members
There will also be some really important information on upcoming club events that you won't want to miss!
New and potential members are very welcome to come along and see what the club is all about as well.
There will be some food and drinks, and a free raffle on the night as well!

Hey everyone
It was a great meeting tonight and we made some really big decisions for the club! Some are able to be actioned straight away, and some will take a few months to get be put into place.
Thanks for everyone's input tonight as it really is the members that make the decisions for the club!
We look forward to seeing you all at upcoming events in February!

A quick summary of tonights meeting

- 194 financial members
- Financials $1864.60
- No changes with sponsors, but potential sponsors coming up
     - Fondys Automotive
     - CLR Autoglass
     - Car Tracking
     - Kustom Panel & Paint
     - Axon Airbushing
     - Hotwire Customs
- Need to push sale of club tees
- Past events wrap up
- Upcoming events summary
- Major upcoming event
     - Whiteman Park Classic Car Show
          - Need to post up on forums asap if coming
     - Private Drag Day
          - More members need to enter asap so we keep a members only event
     - Collie track day
          - Will be looking at running this event later in the year
     - 7th Annual PB Cruise
          - Looking for donations for the raffle
          - Looking for additional trader stalls and amusments for event
          - Will be supporting PMH instead of PBF as the preferred charity
- Club car Progress
     - VC is undergoing a full restoration and rebuild
     - Looking for donations to get the car transformed
     - Trailer is nearly completed
     - VQ is at Alberts gettimng upgraded equipment
- Club Forums
     - New club website and forums being built
- Social Media
     - After lengthy discussions at the meeting with members, members have voted to firstly not allow any business to post up that is a direct clash with any club sponsor. In addition, the Facebook group will be turned into a facebook page that will only have viewing capacity for the public, not posting capabilities. This will be in conjuction with the new club forums being released.
Common agreement amoungst members is that if people want to post up and view about WCC then join the club and be part of it.

     - Look at MC Motorsports at RAC centre
     - Invite Autolife to club events
     - Further discussion on implementation of Facebook plan at committee meeting
     - Cool Drinks to be brought to members meeting
