Heyas,

Chasing a steel bonnet with monaro flutes added, im aware they changed the front end so that the normal monaro bonnet eg from Holden, will not fit correctly, so im chasing an altered one or even a steel bonnet with fibreglass vents, ive tried to find places around WA that do it but have been unsuccessful, and the price some panel beaters charge is horrendous.

best bet is to give mike at savage fibreglass a call, they make a fibreglass one to suit vy/vz  very well priced too

there only over east, but there friehgt to perth is about 80/100 bucks a bonnet, which aint to bad.

thats where i got mine from, and im very happy with the quality

nice dude, so is yours fully steel or fibreglass moulds on a steel bonnet? so youve had no problem with it warping? how much did it cost to paint it aswell?

is it the full steel or steel with fibreglass scoops? if the 2nd option, do the fibreglass scoops open up into the engine bay ?

G'day Tim - you've been off the scene for a while. Try The Spolier Factory in Armadale or The Spoiler Shop in Myaree for the fibreglass scoops. And yes, Fibre glass bonnets are illegal.

Good luck with that mate, Hey if you're still initerested, I;m selling my SV6000 side flutes as I bought VZ SS flutes so that the chrome bar blends in with the mags. PM if you're interested and I'll give it to you at a good price.
