Confidentiality clause agreement is to be signed by members in more than one car club, confirming that no confidential information to be discussed.
If a member is removed from the club due to misconduct, their car sticker/s are to be removed with at least 2 committee members present.
Membership includes a partner. If there is a split between partners, the paid member continues on as normal, however the partner is entitled to join with the current nomination fee waived.
Sponsor kickbacks are not allowed. If a member receives either a payment or a gift, it needs to be given to the club for either additional income or fundraising.
