Hi Everyone
As at the 2/11/2009 the club has 124 unpaid membership renewals. Previous attempts to contact and entice these members to rejoin the club financially has been unsuccessful :( yet some of these members are still accessing the members only forums on the club's website. Therefore as stated in the emails sent over the weekend, any member with outstanding payments for membership renewal will have their forum account suspended until payment/renewal form has been received by the club!
If you feel that you have paid your renewal, yet over the coming days you lose access to the club forums, please email the club at westcoastcommodores@gmail.com and I will look into and fix the situation.
Please assist the us by keeping your membership uo to date!

i wouldnt have a clue when my membership is due anyway.

if it is just take it out from the drag and track money reinbursement.

I emailed the club email address requesting a reimbursement for the drag day some weeks back and to date I've not seen it or received a confirmation, sorry to go off subject Phil but who do I need to follow this up with?

All drag day reimbursements will be written up in cheque form and you can pick up at any club event or meeting.

i know mine is due in jan, joined up at motorvation... is it ok if i fix it up when i pick up the new stickers phil? ill be home on the 24th so ill organise with you when i can come get them

Just a suggestion, but perhaps add an extra field to the users menu or add a static page that people can see what month/year they paid membership etc.

that way you guys dont need to chase up payment.

I for instance have NFI when i last paid etc and keeping track of when i did would be very low of my list of things to remember.

i agree... just add another item under everyone's profile stating their renewal date

or if possible it would be good to have a membership countdown stating how many days you have left until you loose access to the forums, and it sends out an automatic notice via email that 30 days remaining on your membership or something similar

Phil, I think mine is due soon as well but not 100% sure.... can you please confirm? I will pay at the next event if it's due anytime soon.

20/9/10, so you will be able to renew at the PB cruise if you wanted too

28/9/10, so if you want you can renew your membership at the PB Cruise as well :)

If there are any outstanding memberships after the Peter Brock Memorial cruise, expect your forum access to be removed. Membership renewal is what the club really survives on, so please help support YOUR club and renew asap!
